BUDGETING & COST PLANNING

Our Project Management team works closely with our in-house Design & Architecture team to ensure accurate project cost planning. We provide lump sum estimates for designs, including those from external architects, and present fee proposals in person for transparency. Once the scope and budget is agreed upon, we handle the process from issuing the Head Contract to construction programming and procurement.

CONSTRUCTION METHODOLOGY

Our meticulous planning commences from initial estimates as we consider the most effective approach to your unique project. Our methodology includes managing access, permits, council consents, waste, environmental planning, and quality assurance. This is something that may evolve throughout the project so we can respond appropriately and efficiently to combat any unforeseen issues or changes in the scope.

PROJECT MANAGEMENT

We firmly believe that clear and regular communication throughout the project is the key to a successful outcome. Our services cover all facets from trade engagement, material procurement, scheduling, budgeting, and weekly progress reports. A dedicated Foreman oversees each project on a daily basis, ensuring quality, cleanliness, safety, and that the project stays on time and within budget.

DELIVERY & HANDOVER

As the project nears completion, we will manage all inspections, warranties, and paperwork required to get in as soon as possible to your new space. Our quality assurance team proactively seeks out and remedy any minor defects and ensures a smooth transition on your behalf to alleviate the stress and prolongation of this tedious task.
